Spend seven and a half hours exploring Hunter Valley's independent wineries, tasting six to eight boutique drops at each cellar door stop. What to expect

You'll visit three to four intimate winery venues across the valley, spending unhurried time at each one sampling their small-production releases. Between stops, keep an eye out for kangaroos grazing near the vines—they're common sights here. Mid-day you'll settle into a local restaurant for a relaxed lunch with vineyard views and your choice of complimentary wine or beer. Throughout the experience, you'll taste regional cheeses and chocolate alongside the wines, giving you a fuller picture of what Hunter Valley produces.
