What to expect
Your day begins with an Indigenous welcome and cultural acknowledgement before boarding the vessel. As you travel to the reef, Sea Rangers discuss their traditional connection to these waters and share Creation Stories rooted in thousands of years of knowledge. Once at the first site, you'll receive snorkel instruction and enter the water to explore coral gardens and fish life. A marine biologist delivers insights into reef ecology between snorkel sessions. Lunch and tea breaks keep energy up throughout the nine hours. The second reef site offers different terrain and species to discover. Throughout, the Rangers' perspective shapes how you understand the reef—not as a tourist attraction, but as a living cultural landscape.
