What to expect
You'll be seated with a glass and water to hand as your host walks you through several wines, explaining what makes each one tick and what flavours to look for. It's conversational rather than formal—ask questions, taste at your own speed. Between pours, the vineyard stretches out in front of you. After tasting, you're free to wander the sculpture park dotted across the property or head back to the cellar door to purchase bottles, with the option to have them engraved on-site.
