What to expect

Expect a walking tour that demands reasonable fitness. Trails wind through dense rainforest with uneven terrain, tree roots, and gentle elevation changes. Weather can shift quickly; humidity is high and insects are present. You'll finish tired but with a tangible understanding of how rainforest systems function.
