What to expect
You'll meet your group at Brisbane Coach Terminal or Gold Coast and travel by shuttle to catch the ferry to Moreton Island. Once there, a 4WD bus carries you across the sand to reach the Tangalooma Wrecks, where you'll enter the water for a guided snorkel and paddling session—jetski support is available if you're not a confident swimmer. After these water-based activities, the group heads inland to the sand dunes for sandboarding instruction and free runs down the slopes. Lunch is a DIY sandwich or wrap eaten beachside. You'll have time to rest and take in the landscape before the return journey.

Bring your own towel, swimwear, sunscreen and hat. National park and ferry fees (AU$85 adults, AU$65 children under 13) are paid in cash or card to the driver on departure.
