What to expect

You'll be collected from your accommodation and driven to The Nobbies boardwalk, where you'll spend time spotting native wildlife against dramatic Bass Strait views as the sun drops. The guide will point out seabirds, Cape Barren geese, and if you're lucky, fur seals hauling out on rocks. After exploring Cowes village briefly, you'll head to the Penguin Parade viewing area. As darkness falls, the little penguins emerge from the ocean and waddle past in groups, returning to their burrows for the night. Good to know

Pickup is exclusively from Phillip Island and San Remo accommodation; the tour doesn't depart from Melbourne. Bring a light jacket for evening coastal breeze. Dinner is not included. Prams and strollers are welcome, and infants can sit on laps. The experience suits all fitness levels.
