Charter a 60-foot private sailing catamaran for eight hours exploring the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef fringing reefs. Your crew—skipper, host, and snorkel guide—handles everything while you drift through turquoise waters, anchor at pristine reef sites, and graze on freshly prepared meals throughout the day. What to expect

You'll board at Airlie Beach and spend the day sailing between anchorages in protected reef zones. Morning tea arrives early; mid-morning you'll gear up and slip into the water to explore fringing reefs—corals, wrasse, parrotfish, the lot. Back onboard for a hot lunch and salad, then a second snorkel stint or time on the paddleboards and kayaks. The crew keeps the vessel running smoothly: they navigate, prepare food, handle safety briefings, and offer marine knowledge without hovering. The catamaran rocks gently at anchor but has stabilisers. You'll share the foredeck jacuzzi and uppermost sundeck with your party only.

Good to know

Only swimmers comfortable in water can snorkel, paddleboard, or kayak. English language comprehension is essential for safety. Dietary requirements must be flagged at booking. Bring your own alcohol (no glass bottles or red wine). Pack a towel and sunscreen. Not suited to those with serious heart conditions. Public transport reaches the departure point.
