What to expect

Arrive 30 minutes early at Drysdale Railway Station. You'll be shown to your shared table—either intimate for two or larger groups—where the first course greets you as the train departs. Courses roll out at measured intervals, each showcasing local producers and seasonal offerings. Between plates, the carriage sways gently; windows frame pasture, water, and the occasional heritage landmark. By Queenscliff you'll have finished the fifth course. The pace is leisurely—this isn't fast food on wheels but a proper three-hour sit-down.
