What to expect
You'll board near Circular Quay and spend the evening watching light installations animate Sydney's most recognisable structures. The cruise moves slowly enough to catch details—projection mapping shifts and changes as you float past each landmark. Indoor seating is unreserved, so expect a relaxed stand-up format rather than assigned tables; the outdoor decks fill up quickly for prime viewing. The vessel stays within the harbour, so there's minimal swell. Bring a light jacket even in warmer months, as the water cools the air once the sun sets.
