What to expect
You'll start with a safety briefing and harness fitting, then progress through your chosen course at your own pace. Each obstacle—swinging logs, wobbly planks, cargo nets—demands focus and some upper-body strength. The courses take you 10–15 metres up into the trees, so a head for heights helps. You'll clip and unclip yourself between stations. Most people complete their route in 90 minutes, leaving time to catch your breath and take in the bush around you.
Good to know
Moderate fitness essential. Avoid if you have spinal issues, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns. Wear closed shoes with grip. Check the weather beforehand—courses operate in most conditions but may close in heavy rain or extreme heat.
